Who is the alluring (and evil?) Aleistaire? And who is her lover? And what the heck is an Animacavea? You’ll find questions in spades, to be sure, but also old ones answered in this spellbinding submission for Canon’s Beyond the Still, a short that I wrote, directed, shot, cut, and scored myself.

Shot on a Canon 7D. Most of the music was ripped off from Berloiz’s “Symphonie Fantastique.” I took some liberties with his score; I hope he’s not too upset.
